For this kitchen remodeling project, the homeowners were looking to change the layout of the kitchen to make it more practical. To accomplish this, we closed one wall and opened the other side to make the area more integrated with the family room. We also reduced one of the closets to make more space for the refrigerator that was being moved to that wall. This also allowed us to add more pantries, which gave the homeowner more storage space.

For the new cabinets, they went with our Portland door from our Kitchen Solvers Classic Collection line. The upper cabinets were done in white, while the lower cabinets in a naval color. We next installed an eye-catching Santa Monica Warm Deco backsplash for the hood area, while the rest of the kitchen was done in a Bianco glossy porcelain subway tile. To finish this new kitchen transformation, we installed a new iconic white quartz countertop. Now these homeowners have the kitchen of their dreams.

The team also opened the wall next to the refrigerator to make a pantry with matching cabinet doors for additional storage. Using Northern Contours Shaker Doors in Stratus White SuperMatte, the kitchen went from glossy and outdated to sleek and traditional. A Capri Quartz Silestone countertop with blue subway tiles for backsplash was added to complete the look. Crown molding was added to the top of the cabinets and light molding was added below to give the full kitchen the squared edges that are usually evident in a more European style. This white kitchen got a full makeover, without a full overhaul and demolition. The team was in and out in days and the homeowners now have a space they are excited to walk into every day.

Kitchen Solvers of Miami completed this interesting kitchen remodel for a homeowner who was looking to open up their small condominium kitchen and create a dramatically improved space. The team created more height by removing the walls and the soffit. The design included custom cabinetry from Bellmont Cabinets 1900 series. Mocaccino-Matte Porta door cabinets combined with Aqua Seaside-style doors give this kitchen a unique light and airy feel with a pop of color. This Miami kitchen was complete with new Quartz COMPAC countertop and Luna backsplash to give it a clean, contemporary look. All of the appliances were hidden with panel doors to match the cabinetry and keep the consistent sleek appearance. Finally, the cable lamp was placed over the island, which allowed the team to remove the soffit and continue the tall ceiling throughout the kitchen.

This condo apartment was short of storage space and Kitchen Solvers of Miami wanted to be sure to account for every inch efficiently. The team installed a tall blind corner pullout, which allows the homeowners to utilize an otherwise hidden corner cabinet. They also included a dish drying rack inside a cabinet and even a special closet concealing the washer and dryer. Sensor lights inside the cabinetry make doing the task of laundry a little easier. Black matte faucets and half-moon handles and pulls finish the picture-perfect Miami kitchen.
