Homeowners in Menomonie, Wisconsin were looking for a refreshed kitchen with a more modern look. The peninsula had a double-level countertop, which made the kitchen feel closed in and the cabinets were a honey oak dated style. After meeting with the homeowners and discussing the style and layout they wanted to go with, we presented them with the Kitchen Solvers Classic Collection, which is high-quality cabinetry that comes in many different styles and colors. It is easy to create any style from this collection, but knowing the homeowners wanted a more modern flair, they opted for the Bristol door style in a boulder color. The cabinetry is made using maple and then painted with the boulder color. All the drawers have the soft-close feature for a more functional kitchen. 

The Kitchen Solvers of Eau Claire team started to demolish the existing kitchen after the selections were made and all of the materials were received and ready to be installed. We managed the project from start to finish and made sure to communicate with the homeowners every step of the way so that they knew when we would be receiving the materials, doing the demolition, and then installing the new kitchen. After the new cabinets were installed, the kitchen was complete with a Cambria Quartz countertop in the Delgado color. This really brought that modern style to fruition. Lighting was added to create a bright, more open space. The homeowners are delighted we were able to bring their dream kitchen to reality!

When Bloomer, Wisconsin homeowners contacted Kitchen Solvers of Eau Claire to inform them of their seafoam green retro kitchen, the team had to check it out! When the team arrived, they checked out the cabinetry and found out that although the homeowners weren’t in love with the color of the kitchen, the cabinets were in great shape. The homeowners wanted to give their kitchen an updated, more traditional style. After meeting with them, they chose to go with a rustic brown hickory door. Since the layout of the cabinetry and the cabinet boxes were ideal for the homeowners, Kitchen Solvers of Eau Claire was able to reface the existing cabinets for the new look. 

After removing the doors, refacing the cabinets and applying the new rustic brown hickory doors, the team started to work on the finishing touches. A new Cambrian Victoria quartz countertop was added with a square profile, instead of the rounded edge for a more modern look. The look was complete with a neutral brick backsplash to really drive home that rustic traditional style. The homeowners were shocked by the transformation and will likely only miss their green kitchen on St. Patrick’s Day or Christmas!
